Changing the lives of victims catastrophically injured or killed in a car accident – one donation at a time.

In 2018, an estimated 40,000 people lost their lives to car crashes and about 4.5 million people were seriously injured in crashes. In California there were around 3,651 reported motor-vehicle deaths. Accidents are unpredictable. Moreover, accidents can be devastating to the victim’s finances. They may have to exhaust their savings account, might be unable to get back to work until they recover or both. Moreover, many families in California are not prepared to cover surprise expenses like medical bills and unexpected funeral costs.

Our Mission

As a result, The Accident Guys created a Victims fund to help low income victims that were injured in a car accident and are unable to pay for medical bills because the at-fault party was not insured or underinsured. The fund will help support victims who suffered from substantial injury and are unable to return to work or cannot go back to work until they fully recover. Additionally, the fund will assist with funeral costs if someone lost a loved one in a car accident.
