T-boned by Underinsured – $250,000

This case of the month was a moderate impact collision caused by a driver who negligently exited a parking lot and T-Boned our client’s vehicle. Our client sustained injury to his neck and lower back. His lower back pain and symptoms were so severe, that after just one lumbar epidural steroid injection to his lower back, which provided him no relief, he ultimately had to undergo lumbar microdiscectomy surgery. Although client’s symptoms did significantly improve after the surgery, his recover was not 100%. We submitted the demand to the at fault carrier and the client’s own carrier and secured a total settlement of $250,000 (both carriers tendered the policy limits) without any fight. Our client was happy with the outcome, and the quick resolution of his claim.
