Devastating T-bone Collision – $100,000

Our client was t-boned and the collision was devastating. He received injections and eventually needed a hip replacement surgery. However, the records clearly indicated that our client has always had issues with his hip. Because of this, his insurance offered a paltry $15,000 on a $100,000 policy. Our clients medical bills alone cost $8,000. We fought with the insurance company and argued how bad the collision was. We also argued that this type of collision aggravated his existing hip injury even further. We also said that we have their $15,000 dollar initial offer in writing and when we go to arbitration, our client will receive more than the limits and have a bad faith claim against them.
