DUI Accident

Our client was injured in a DUI accident which ended up totaling his vehicle. As a result of the accident, he suffered from neck and back injuries and incurred approximately $5,000.00 in medical bills. Because his medical bills were low, the insurance company made an initial offer slightly over $8,000. However, this was a DUI accident that caused our client to experience psychological issues in addition to his physical injuries.
