Injured in Rear-end Accident – $114,000

Our client was rear ended on the 55 freeway. Our client sustained injuries to her neck, right shoulder, right wrist, right knee and low back. She underwent conservative treatment as well as 3 knee PRP injections and a lumbar facet injection. She had prior pain to the right knee, had an MRI done and was diagnosed with arthritis. The total incurred medical bills were $69,638.57. We were able to resolve the case with both the adverse insurance and our client’s insurance for a combined $114,000.
