Ran Red Light, Quick Resolution & Happy Client – $100,000

Our client was traveling westbound on Foxhill Drive and Perrin Ave. with a green light when she was suddenly struck by a negligent driver, who failed to stop for the red signal. The collision caused irreparable damage to our client’s vehicle, rendering it a total loss.

Injuries sustained include a fracture of right great toe, acute L4 compression fracture, multiple disc injuries, meniscus tear, shoulder tendinosis/arthrosis, persistent back/hip/knee pain.
