Rear End Causes Shoulder Injury – $100,000

Our client was a passenger in a vehicle traveling eastbound on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim, CA when the at fault vehicle rear ended their car. The client received conservative treatment. However, due to her continued shoulder pain, she was recommended a shoulder replacement. The total incurred medical bills were $48,861.47. With the recommendation for future medical care we were able to secure a $100,000 combined settlement for our client, inclusive of the policy limits of both the at fault driver as well as the underinsured policy for the vehicle she was in. The client was happy with the outcome.
