Rear Ended at Stop Light – $250,000

Our client was stopped at a red light when he was rear ended by the defendant, who was traveling at approximately 30 miles per hour, causing our client’s vehicle to be totaled. As a result of the collision, our client lost consciousness for several minutes and sustained cervical and lumbar radiculopathy as well as a herniated disc. He was transported from the scene to the emergency room and subsequently followed up with his treating physician. He completed chiropractic care, underwent multiple MRI studies, was evaluated by a neurologist, and was recommended for multiple injections. We successfully secured a settlement for the full policy limits in the amount of $250,000.00 on behalf of our client.
