Unsafe Lane Change Accident – $250,000

Our client was hit by the defendant – who attempted an unsafe lane change into client’s lane, causing client to spin out of control, and hit another vehicle. Our client suffered injury to his lower back and right shoulder. Our client did chiropractic treatment and physical therapy before being recommended rotator cuff repair surgery. Client opted for another course of physical therapy treatment instead of surgery, but, unfortunately was still experiencing pain and symptoms after completing the second course of physical therapy. Still on the fence about getting the surgery, we demanded the policy limits from the at fault carrier, with just the surgery recommendation and succeeded in getting them to pay their insureds $250,000 policy limits. Client was ecstatic.
