Rear Ended on Freeway – $100,000

On the 91 East Freeway in Rancho Dominguez, our client was traveling approximately 40 mph when the defendant rear-ended her vehicle. Following the collision, our client began chiropractic care the next day for neck, back, and chest pain, completing 24 sessions of conservative treatment (including therapy modalities and exercises). She was also evaluated by a physician who diagnosed multiple sprain/strain injuries, radiculopathy, and a concussion, and recommended continued therapy, medication, and imaging. MRIs later revealed multiple cervical and lumbar disc protrusions with stenosis. Due to persistent pain, she was referred to orthopedics, where she underwent pain management treatment including PRP trigger point injections and a lumbar epidural steroid injection. She continued follow-up care through mid-2025, with gradual improvement but ongoing symptoms.

The third-party initially offered $47,500, followed by a second offer of $49,500, despite approximately $49,000 in medical specials. After extensive and aggressive negotiations, we successfully secured the full $100,000 policy limits. Our client was extremely happy with the result.
