Significant Impact Rear End Accident – $100,000

Our client was involved in a rear-end accident when the at-fault party collided into him, causing significant impact. Liability was accepted, and the police report was favorable, supporting our client’s claim.

As a result of the accident, our client experienced multiple injuries, including neck pain, lower back pain, left shoulder pain, left wrist pain, left leg pain, and persistent headaches. His total medical bills were $14,498.23. The at-fault party carried a policy with limits of $100,000. We sent a demand, and through strategic handling of the claim, we successfully secured the at-fault party’s $100,000 policy limit for our client.
