Injured T-bone, Offer Doubles with Negotiations – $140,000

Our client was violently struck by a negligent driver while traveling through the intersection of Gentian Ave. and Avenger Dr. in Moreno Valley, California. The impact was severe enough to total his vehicle and required immediate emergency transport by ambulance.

Despite ongoing treatment our client continues to suffer from chronic neck and low back pain, radicular symptoms, headaches, and cognitive difficulties.

The insurance company initially offered $80,000 to resolve the claim. After presenting comprehensive medical documentation, objective MRI findings, neurological testing, and evidence of ongoing treatment needs, we successfully negotiated a $140,000 settlement — nearly doubling the original offer.
