Rear-end with Significant Negotiations – $106,225

Our client was involved in a rear-end auto accident. Liability was accepted and the at-fault driver was insured. Following the collision, our client began treatment and ultimately underwent extensive care, including conservative therapy, diagnostic imaging, and pain management. Our client received significant interventional treatment, including bilateral facet medial branch blocks and a radiofrequency ablation. Given the nature and extent of her treatment, we firmly believed this case carried a six-figure value and advocated accordingly throughout the life of the claim.

Negotiations with the adjuster were extensive and primarily conducted over the phone, spanning approximately six rounds. Despite initial resistance from the carrier, we continued to push aggressively, standing firm on our evaluation of the case value.
