Our client was involved in a pedestrian versus vehicle accident when the at-fault party struck her, causing significant injuries. Liability was accepted, and the police report was favorable, supporting our client’s claim.

As a result of the accident, our client sustained multiple injuries, including a pelvis fracture along with pain in her back, neck, right wrist, knee, and legs, accompanied by significant bruising.
