T-bone at a Stop Sign – $215,000

Our client was involved in a T-bone collision at a stop sign, resulting in a total loss and significant injuries. The impact caused his head to strike the window, leading to a cerebral concussion along with neck pain, upper and mid-back pain, left shoulder pain, chest and rib cage pain, and blurred vision.

Following the collision, our client sought immediate care and underwent extensive treatment, including ER care, medical treatment, chiropractic care, orthopedic evaluations, and advanced imaging. MRIs revealed cervical degeneration with thecal sac indentation, lumbar disc bulges with indentation, and bilateral shoulder injuries involving supraspinatus tendinopathy with tearing and impingement. Medical totals were $66,627.00.

Despite conservative care, our client continued to experience persistent pain affecting his daily life and ability to work. Orthopedic evaluations confirmed ongoing spinal and shoulder issues, leading to recommendations for injections and interventional pain management. He ultimately underwent lumbar facet medial branch blocks followed by radiofrequency ablation procedures to address his ongoing back pain.
