Omid E. Dayan

Omid Dayan is a visionary co-founding partner of The Accident Guys, where he has dedicated over a decade to championing the cause of those harmed by the negligence of others.

Throughout his journey, Omid’s path to becoming a Personal Injury attorney wasn’t immediately clear. Despite initially shying away from the field due to prevailing stereotypes, his trajectory shifted after experiencing firsthand the injustices perpetrated by insurance companies during his tenure at a high-volume personal injury firm. Witnessing the relentless tactics employed against unrepresented claimants ignited his passion for advocating on behalf of the underdog.

Omid’s commitment to his clients is unwavering; he stands firm until they receive the just compensation they deserve for their injuries. His journey led him to co-found The Accident Guys, to establish a firm rooted in unwavering dedication to justice and exceptional client service.

Licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Arizona, Omid’s passion for justice spans across multiple jurisdictions.

Beyond the courtroom, Omid finds fulfillment in giving back to the community. In his leisure time, he actively participates in local charity events, travels, attends sporting events and cherishes the invaluable moments spent with his family.

Eliot M. Houman

Mr. Houman is a dedicated advocate for justice. He loves guiding those who have been injured through some of the most stressful times in their lives. Graduating towards at top of his class from the prestigious Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Houman’s legal skills were honed at some of the nation’s most well-respected law firms, including a national firm voted one of America’s “Most Feared Plaintiffs Firms.” With a wealth of experience securing large awards for his clients, he co-founded The Accident Guys with a clear vision to guide clients through their legal journeys with compassion and expertise.

Outside the courtroom, Eliot is a family man, proud father of three, and cherishes spending quality time with his family. His personal and professional life are both driven by a commitment to care, integrity, and community.
